This explains what Still collects when you use this site, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Your answers to the eligibility check. These include health information, such as your height and weight, age range and parts of your health history.
- Your email address and ZIP code, when you reserve a spot or ask us to tell you when we open.
- Payment details, which go straight to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- How you found us and how you used the site: campaign tags and click ids in the link you followed (such as utm_source, fbclid or gclid), and events such as which page you viewed and which question you reached. These events never include your answers.
How we use it
- To tell you whether you are likely eligible.
- To hold your reservation and take, or refund, your deposit.
- To contact you about your reservation and when we open.
- Once we open, to give your answers to the licensed clinician who reviews your care.
- To measure which ads bring people to this site.
Who we share it with
- Companies that run this site for us: amba (our database and analytics), Stripe (payments) and Google Fonts (typefaces).
- Independent licensed clinicians through [CLINICAL PARTNER], once we open and only for your care.
- Advertising platforms (such as Meta, TikTok or Google): we tell them that someone visited this site's home page or paid a deposit, and the deposit amount. We never share your answers, any health information, your email or your ZIP code with advertising platforms. [Counsel to confirm consent wording before launch.]
We do not sell your personal information.
